2 years after the fire that ravaged the top floors of the building, Restaurant Botta has been completely rebuilt. Restaurant le 3 is the first to open. It offers modern cuisine and, above all, an efficient concept with QR-code ordering and payment. From now on, there's no need to carry a tray with ski boots on, just sit down, place your order and the staff will bring it to the table. Those who prefer to order at the counter can still do so. Restaurant Botta on the 4th floor offers more refined cuisine and a fine wine list.
Three restaurants with a total capacity of 480 seats now welcome visitors and skiers to the new Scex Rouge station. On the 4th floor, the Restaurant Botta offers refined local cuisine, as well as two rooms for seminars and meetings. On the 3rd floor, the new Le 3 restaurant offers simple, fast cuisine, with smartphone ordering and table delivery. Finally, on the 2nd floor, installed on part of the former terrace, the chalet Le Carnotzet (originally built to provide an indoor space for visitors during the construction work) now serves Swiss gastronomic favourites in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All these spaces have also been designed to accommodate events outside official opening hours, thus positioning Glacier 3000 as a key venue in this segment. Among the new features, the roof of the building has been transformed into a 250m2 panoramic terrace. Easily accessible by elevator, it offers a splendid view of the Alps and enhances the site's tourist appeal.
