Peak Walk by Tissot

The only suspension bridge in the world linking two mountain peaks is at Glacier 3000!

The Peak Walk by Tissot is the highlight of the glacier adventure: It connects the smaller peak (View Point) with the 5 meter higher main peak (Scex Rouge) and takes all guests to incredible heights. The 107 metre long and 80 centimetre wide bridge offers a stunning view onto the Alps: Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau are visible from the bridge and offer grandiose views, far off into the distance. The suspension bridge is free of charge and open year-round subject to weather conditions.

Glacier Walk

An accessible walk with a breathtaking view of a glacier at 3,000m

From the Col du Pillon the cable car takes you comfortably up to Glacier 3000. The walk begins directly at the Scex Rouge mountain station. Those who prefer to take it a bit easier, can take the Ice Express chairlift to the glacier and can begin their walk in the snow from there.

Huskies take you for a walk on the glacier

On four paws through the snow: The Huskies are at home in the white splendor. The whole pack enjoys moving around in the snow – and this joy is contagious and felt by everyone watching them play in the snow. Even better is a ride on a dogsled through the unique alpine area of Glacier 3000. The Huskies pull you through the beautiful glacier landscape and allow you to have a very special experience.

The highest rail toboggan run in the world, perched at 3'000m

520° circles, 10 curves, 6 waves and 3 jumps promise action-packed speeds of up to 40 km/hour on a one kilometer stretch: The Alpine Coaster will quickly raise your adrenaline level and get your heart beating hard! You will experience weightlessness up to 6 meters above the ground on this high-flying adventure in a mountain environment you will never forget. You determine the speed with the brake lever and how many times you want to go down the toboggan run. Only in Summer!

Cross-Country Skiing

Classical Cross-Country Skiing and Skating at 3’000 metres

The approximately 7 km trail at almost 3’000 metres covers most of the Tsanfleuron Glacier surface. As one of the few cross-country areas in Europe, Glacier 3000 has a well-prepared trail from April through December depending on snow conditions. Many cross-country and biathlon professionals take advantage of this ideal training opportunity in the middle of a fascinating panorama.
