Located on the Scex Rouge terrace at 3,000 metres, the Carnotzet has 70 indoor and 70 outdoor seats. As indoor seating at the top of the facilities is limited, it is not possible to book a table at the Carnotzet. First come, first served!

Nestled at the foot of the “Quille du Diable”, the Refuge l’Espace is a unique stop for lovers of nature and the mountains. Accessible via the Glacier Walk after a 2 km hike, it welcomes visitors with a warm and authentic atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a relaxing break, taste local specialties, or simply soak up the peace and beauty of the Alps.
Perched atop a dramatic 1,000-meter cliff, the Refuge l’Espace is more than just a resting place: it is an invitation to slow down, to marvel, and to fully embrace the alpine experience.
